CITY TAX FOR EVERY PERSON FROM 16 YEARS OLD:

€ 0,40 a night in April, May, June and September;
€ 0,70 a night in July and August.

A minimum stay: 2 days. From 16/07 to 26/08 5 days.
Shaded lawn pitches of various sizes with columns nearby, located inside the campsite, not intended for unloading. In the pitch can be installed 1 caravan 7 meters maximum + 1 car, 1 tent + 1 car / motorcycle or a camper 7 meters maximum. All the rest is to be considered extra as established by the current price list.
The prices give the right to: a pitch equipped with 3 amperes electricity (CE connections in use), the use of the swimming pool, toilet and hot water showers.

The pitch is available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 2:00 pm on the day of departure
The pitch cannot be occupied by more than the number of people expected (6 people), under penalty of cancellation of the booking on site.
The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 12:00 am on the day before departure. Guests are required to observe and view reception hours.
Delays in arrival or advances in the scheduled departure for any reason (damage, bad weather, illnesses, cancellations, etc.) not attributable to the campsite management, are not refundable.

BOOK CONDITIONS:

The reservation is confirmed when we have received the deposit of the 30% of the entire amount of your reservation and our confirmation email is sent. The balance has to be paid on arrival.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, 100% of the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is notified at least 31 days before check in day.
No refunds will be given to those who renounce 30 days before to the start of the stay or in case of no-show.
In the case of an unexplained no show by 12:00 noon of the following day the reservation will be cancelled. The full amount must be paid for the entire period booked regardless of late arrivals or early departure.

MOBILE HOME 4 for 2 persons it is composed of a living room with table, chairs, TV and air conditioning, a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a four burner gas cooker, a sink, pots, pans and dishes. Complete the accommodation two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Outdoor terrace with table, chairs and deck chairs.
The price includes: electricity, gas and water costs, the supply of bed linen, air conditioning, parking for a car and use of the swimming pool.

STANDARD MOBILE HOME (7 mt 3 mt + terrace) for 4 persons it is composed of a living room with table, chairs, TV, air conditioning, a sofa, a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a four burner gas cooker, a sink, pots, pans and dishes. Complete the accommodation two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

Complete the accommodation a relax zone with sofa and air conditioning, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds with a third single suspended bed, 1 bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The price includes: electricity, gas and water costs , the supply of bed linen, air conditioning, use of the swimming pool and parking place for one car. If you have an extra car, it must be reported and agreed in advance to the management.

BUNGALOW for 4 people is as follows:

two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed;

CARAVAN

We have different types of caravans. Possibility of weekly or monthly packages.

SANITIZATION:

Furniture, bungalows and caravans are sanitized at every entrance using specific professional products.
It is possible to find sanitizing gel for hands in public places: bathrooms, reception, bar and swimming pool. On request they are also provided inside the mobile homes, caravans and bungalows.

* From 02/07 to 19/08 animals are not allowed.
In other periods small pets are allowed in the accommodations on request in low and medium season with supplement price, at the time of the check in the owners must inform the management of their presence. It’s forbidden to leave them unattended in the accommodation, to get them on the beds and sofas.

A minimum stay: 3 days. From 16/07 to 26/08 5 days.

For all accommodations check-in from 4:00 pm until 19:00 pm (in case of delay, notify by phone).
Departure check-out before 9:30 am, an extra night will be charged for leaving after the scheduled time.
For reservations is required the advance payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay. A security deposit of € 100,00 may be required which will be returned upon departure once the integrity of the rooms and equipment used has been verified.
Payment of the stay must be made no later than 12:00 am on the day before departure. Guests are required to observe and view reception hours.
For entry and stay in the campsite, the registration of every single person is mandatory. Upon arrival, the guest is required to deposit an identity document. Guests are required to respect the silence hours from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The main gate remains closed from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, the pedestrian door is always open.
Small pets are allowed in the accommodations on request in low and medium season, at the time of the check in the owners must inform the management of their presence. It’s forbidden to leave them unattended in the accommodation, to get them on the beds and sofas.
During the check out, to facilitate the control of the mobile home, it must be in order and the dishes must be washed. The garbage must be separated into the waste disposal air placed at the entrance of the campsite.
To enter in pool it is mandatory to wear a swimming cap and the use of repairing costumes for children under the age of 3.
